Smile Best suspension options

So after paying off my debts, i have about 1000 left to dump into the stang. I really just wanna do all suspension because i hate the ride quality of the stock suspension. Would my best bet be to just get the MM starter box?

1999-04 Mustang GT Starter Box [SBX-6] : Maximum Motorsports, the Latemodel Mustang Performance Suspension Leader!

that, plus some subframe connectors and i think i would be a jolly man.

Any opinions?

Ya I think that system would work out pretty well but you will also need to get a bump steer kit and possibly new ball joints to keep the suspension geometry in check. If you have any extra money after that then get lower control arms and your suspension will be miles better than stock.

Garage
Probably not going to get the ROI on the set of $700 shocks/struts that come with the kit unless upgrade the upper and lower control arms and poly bushings in the front lower control arms.

Dollar for dollar I would look at the following: IMO

Upper & lower control arms
Full poly bushing kit (including front control arms)
springs
MM C/C plates
And cheaper set of shocks/struts (for now) IMO

.
Mods = None. (well maybe just a few)
DB-Performance Tune: 634rwhp @ 6000rpm , 609rwtq @ 4000rpm, (500rwtq @ 2500rpm)

For $1000, I'd do Strange 10-way adjustable dampeners, UPR Pro Series springs, UPR LCAs, UPR subframe connectors, and UPR CC-plates.

It would be a big improvement. Plus everything we manufacture is Made in American and carries a Lifetime Guarantee... and you get a 10% discount as a member of AFM!

Hmmm very tempting! What kind of drop comes with those springs?

1.5"

These springs are actually made for us by Eibach, and they spec out the same as Eibach Pro Kit springs.

I had this same setup on one of my own Mustangs and it was a great all around setup. Don't let anyone convince you that you need an $8000 suspension package to cruise around on the street. The package I recommended is excellent for all around use. If you told me you were setting the car up for NASA American Iron Xtreme, I'd suggest something different...
