the front doesn't come up for long but it still came off the ground! what settings on the struts should I change? front 3 rear 7 now.

Based on those videos, it should 60-foot quicker if you tighten up the struts one click or two, and launch at higher RPMs.

If you want to dump the clutch at 5 grand you'll need full on slicks. Try dropping as much weight as you can
