New kid on the block 99 GT

I have a 1999 Black GT Convertible, 144k miles, Black bullitt staggered wheels, Flowmaster super 44's, SR Cold Air Intake, Hurst Short Throw Shifter, 4:10 Gears, and Stage 3 Clutch Kit. Welcome or should I say welcome back haha. Sounds like you went the right route on getting a mustang as in one that has full bolt ons already installed. One thing you might consider is getting full length sub frame connectors to stiffen the chassis. I hear there is quite a bit of flex in the verts under hard launches.
