2002 Mustang GT idle sounds hey guys,
I've had my stock mustang for a little over a year now and it runs great. The thing I have noticed is when it warms up and I am at idle I hear a sucking/rubbing sound from the air intake. I it sounded like it was coming from the air box. I pulled that apart found nothing and heard it from near the throttle body area when I had the air box removed to try to find it. I have had a few mechanic buddies look at it and they are just stumped. Any one got any ideas?

The intake on my 02 gt sounded like it was sucking air very loud all the time. If this is what u r hearing Its normal

Probably just turbulence related noise being generated from the IAC and resonating down to the airbox.
No codes and car runs good? I probably wouldn't worry about it much then.
