Still no leads on headunits. The ones I'm finding on ebay and corral are closer to $1000-$1200 for a decent V2-V3. I may have to re-adjust my expectations but that's ok. I know it won't be cheap and I'm ok with that.

Hmmmm, what's a brand new h/u go for? I know a P1SC can be had for about $2200...... Figure if you buy a used Vx h/u for $1200, hopefully it's legit asf and doesn't need a rebuild then great, but if by chance it does then I don't know you will have saved any $$ over just buying brand new. Guess that's the risk ya take though.

@98SnakeHorse is selling his whole v3 setup. That might be something to look at.

I want the stalled auto to have the best of both worlds. At this time, the supercharger is the priority..after that it will probably take a back seat and I'll enjoy the car as it is...single income family with 2 small kids = no expendable income

I'll have to stick around to see how you like it. I'd love a supercharger but I'd have to find an unbelievable deal. I need to replace my top first. Black.

I got some used Mac Long Tube headers off FB. I can't find a used headunit for nothing...

I have quite the job coming up soon....Long tube headers, starter, motor mounts. IF I drop the K member, which I think I will, I may go ahead and do my K member at the same time. This will push back my Supercharger due to funds but I'm ok with this. The car isn't going anywhere so I have time...

More updates to come.

You'll want to drop the k member. You'll hate yourself if you don't. Which k member are you thinking of going with?

Since I won't go coil over I'm stuck with one that uses the stock a arms...I'll probably end up with a UPR from the mustang shop that tuned my car.

I've already decided to drop the K...now do I spend another $4-500 on a tubular K...I don't really have the money but could use the airline points and just pay it off when bonus time is here...............first world problems.

I wouldn't pay $4-500 on just a k member when you can get the whole setup with coil overs for around $750. Have you looked on line to see about used k members? I seem to recall finding one a little while back that was only $250.

It won't be just the kit though...I would need 4 bolt CC plates, bump steer, another alignment which I would need anyway with just the K member. I'm not even sure my current struts will support a coil over conversion. $4-500 vs $1000 is a big difference.

I ran 3 bolt plates for a little while and I'm still using stock struts today.

I do understand where you're coming from though, more parts make you buy more parts and that ups cost. It sucks.
