finally got my car tuned

as some of you know ive been battling my manifold leak and my TOB. i got a diablosport for christmas and was going to wait to get a dyno tune, but i wanted to get my clutch and exhaust leak fixed first. yesterday i was sitting around and decided to play with my tuner a bit. i adjusted my speedometer and reset my rev limiter and said what the hell ill put the box tune on the car and see what happens. HOLYSHIT my car is a lot faster. i dont know how much hp i gained but it gave me almost the same seat of the pants difference as my 4.10s. it pulls a hell of a lot harder and smoother. by far the best mod ive done to my car. any of you who have a bunch of bolt ons but dont have a tuner.......GET ONE IMMEDIATLY. i have to do some suspension mods now cause my car is too fast for the stock suspension.

I love my Diablosport and yes the predator tune will make your car perform better with a few bolt ons. just make sure your running high octane.

i always ran sunoco 93 octane anyway. and let me ask you a question.....why is there no adjustment for 4.10 gears on that thing? it goes strait from 3.73 to 4.09 to 4.30 whats up with that? and also, do you think i would get MORE power if i had the car dyno tuned opposed to the predetor tune? now i just gotta get my leak and tob fixed and throw my udp's on and i think my car will run like apeshit.

Next performance upgrade.

Would appreciate any advice on the following. Have 2007 GT 4000 miles. Put on a BBK CAI and ready for the next upgrade. Am thinking along the lines of the old adage "air in, air out", so I am trying to decide whether to install cat back mufflers or buy a performance tuner.

I'm not that familiar with the performance tuners, but am knowledgable enough to guess that they lean out the air fuel mixture from the factory settings. Anyone have a concern about the extra heat this generates on the exhaust valves and heads?

Any recommendations as to brands of the above would be appreciated.
