how much is a new stater for a 03 mustang

I have a 2003 mustang with engine 4.6L.
When the key is turned, the starter solenoid will click, but the engine will not rotate.
I have inspected the starter as well as starter solenoid,I assume the problem is the internal failure of the starter motor.
How much is a new stater for a ford mustang ?
I am not a rich man and don't have much money.
Here is a cheap ford mustang starter I google it:
https://www.hexautoparts.com/product...romote=starter
Is there any store whose price is less than this one ? Any experience shopping one Hex Auto Parts?
Thank you for sharing.

That is not a bad price for an starter. How did you determine the starter is bad? Did you remove it and have it bench checked at an auto parts store?

Did you have the battery load tested? Did you try to jump.start the car?

+1 on above.

Seems waaaaaaay too cheap to me for a whole starter. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Remember that the 4.6 GT has a difficult starter to replace. It's not the kind of job to have to re-do "just for the fun of it".

If looking for an inexpensive option try DIY. Check out:

Here's a reman OEM starter for your model going for about $110 https://www.fordpartsgiant.com/parts...1002-aarm.html . With genuine parts you never have to worry about parts being out of spec from the original part.

Agree with all the above on this.... but will add...

Just went through having to replace the starter on my 5.4, it was just the solenoid but the cost of just for it was 80% the cost of a complete starter assembly..... after checking things out, I went with Delco-Remy reman.....was $110.... is definitely a very high quality component! You can also purchase rebuild kits online and do it yourself......IIRR...the ones for our altenator/generator's run about $50.
