NEED HELP PLEASE! With upgrades!

I am looking at buying a Cold air intake for my 03 mustang gt convertible 5spd manual.

if i install the intake, am i going to need to tune it for the speedometer? or does that not need tuning?

also, how hard is it to install a cold air intake?

also im looking to get some flowmaster mufflers installed.. i think it needs weldinging... is there any bolt on mufflers that are better then stock that i can buy that will take less time? how long do you think it will take to install welding mufflers from a professional shop?

No, the cold air intake has nothing to do with the speedo, so it wont need to be tuned. As for the install if you have any mechanical knowledge, like can change your own oil, you should be able to do it with simple hand tools. As for the mufflers just go to the shop and have them put them on... Most likely they only need to weld some of it, and bolt the rest.

Should only take about 30 minutes or so. Get under your car and see if they are welded on or bolted. they will have a conection about 2 feet from the end.

Life is not just a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming: WOW.... WHAT A RIDE!!!

American Racing type 69 wheels: 18x9 front, 18x10s rear.
Toyo 255x45x18 front tires, Pirelli 295x35x18 rear.
SLP Loud Mouth One exhaust.
Tons more check out my profile...

Take it to a shop to get installed just judging by the questions you are asking on here.
