1999 Mustang Factory Amplifier Bypass?

I have a 1999 Mustang that I believe has the factory premium sound system. When I got the car it came with a Pioneer deck but only the left speakers were working. I tried to fix it by wiring the front and rears to the factory line outs to the amp but now there is no sound at all. First, is there a fuse to the factory amplifier, if so where is it so I can check that. Second, how do you just bypass it completely? Thanks in advance

Bypass it completely..... Rewire the car, that's what I did. My Mach system was going out too.
