96 Teksid vibration

I have a 96 Teksid 4v that has an odd vibration ,I was wondering if anyone out there has any comments, the engine runs wonderfully, the driveline has been rebuilt or replaced from the crank back ,by a daytona beach driveline pro, the symtms are, with the clutch depressed, a slight vibration starts at 2000 and contiues up the rpm scale ,but here is the strange part, it does not get any worse with rpm , I mean that The engine will pull strong through its power range and the vibe does not really get worse. no bearing noise no exsevive cam noise , no bad habits except this annoying vibration. We are going to replace the harmonic balancer tommorow but heck, that would be just too easy for a Ford. Any comments would be welcome....LMB

This may sound dumb but when you had the rebuild did you replace the motor mounts?
