Good aftermarket upgrades for a 1997 Mustang GT

I'm interested in some general aftermarket parts for my 4.6L GT. What are some upgrades that I can do to enhance the overall performance and handling of my car?

The 3 biggest bang for the buck performance mods for a '96-98 GT are, in my opinion:

1.) P.I. Headswap
2.) 4.10 gears
3.) Offroad or High Flow Catted H-Pipe.

I've always been a fan of saving my dough for the bigger mods, rather than spending a couple hundred here and there for minor mods that add little in the way of noticeable power or appreciable drops in E/T.

The best thing is to use the search function, you'll find tons of info about every mod out there.
