Steering wheel vibrations

Sup people! It has been a while since I've been on, staying busy. I'm having some issues with my baby though. I got some FR500's from a reputable company on eBay, and some BfG KDW's from the dealership. 265's up front and 295's out back. I've had the front tires balanced by three different places for a total of 4 times and still cannot get the vibration in my steering wheel to go away. When I put the original Bullitt's back on it goes away and I've triple checked all of my suspension pieces. I've had Goodyear balance them twice now. I have an obscene amount of weight on the rims, like 2oz on the inside and 5oz on the outside(all stick on weights). I'm putting my lowering springs on tomorrow and am going to have the car aligned. If that doesn't help, which I'm sure it will not, do you all have any opinions on what to try next? Here's what I've come up with so far:

Dismount the tire and see how much weight the rim needs(could show a bent rim?).

Have the them re-indexed.

And give it another balance.

Am I on the right track? I'm already upwards of $100 just in balancing these darn things. Here is the link to the auction that I won on eBay: Black FR500 18x9 & 18x10 Mustang ® Wheels Deep Dish : eBay Motors (item 300431905635 end time Jun-01-10 15:12:07 PDT). They have been real helpful trying to help me figure out what is going on, I just hate to go through the hassle of sending them back and all that other garbage. Thanks in advance!

Those are some nice looking wheels but I'm afraid you got some bad ones.
