Need Help Problem With Mid-Pipe

Ok so i bought an 06 GT and it has the stock mid-pipe and Bassani Axle-Back exhaust. Well I sold the bassani exhaust because bassani is just not my kind of sound, but until my new exhaust comes in I need to drive my car for a couple days. Well without the mufflers on the midpipe bangs like a B*%#*

How can i stabalize the midpipe just for a couple days so i can drive my car to work?

Thanks so much in advance

Dylan

Are there are any spots you can get some muffler hangers in?

I took the hanger brackets off to pull the mufflers off, i can put them back on but the midpipe dumps right past the axle, and the brackets arent close to it

Looks like you're in a sticky situation. I'd find another ride, because no matter what you do something won't be right. If you pull the midpipe off, the car probably will not run right. And anything you try to hold the midpipe would be a lot of fooling around to hold for a couple days. The only other thing I can think of is to tie it into the suspension somehow, but I'm not familiar enough with the S197's to pick a spot.
