best SPARKPLUGS for performance

or guys well my car is in need of to change the sparkplugs ..as of now im using motocraft.they work great..but now i want some that will give me the best performance..which performance sparkplugs will work great with my car and give it good performance..
im aware that bigger plugs are also better right now i have 8mm.wat would be a good upgrade??

TR-6's are a heat range colder and used on cars with Turbos and superchargers, the stock replacement is the TR-55.
Another good plug is the autolite 764, whichever you choose go with a copper core!

Denso Iridium. Been running them for a while. They seemed to make the motor run and idle smoother. But it's probably in my head.
