problems after problems

well here we go again... putting an 04 gt motor in my 97 gt with my 97 harness, ecu, etc.. the aluminum crossover on my manifold of the 97 has two temp sensors while the 04 only has one. i can't find anyone with the right drill n tap its big like .75 and i cant just use my 97 aluminun cossover because the bolt hole patter is different.


97 gt 5 spd 04 GT ENGINE , 3:73s, BBK short shifter, FRPP t/b,K&N cold air,75 wet shot, BBK O/R x pipe, MAC Catbacks, sportlines, rear control arms, subframe connectors, Strange rear shocks,drag radials

the size actually is 3/8 by 18

A machine shop should be able to drill and tap it for pretty cheap.

I used to own a machine shop n we used to do things like that, just bring the 97 part or have good pics/diagrams so they know exactly what u want & need...

2002 ROUSH Stage 2, set up for SCCA/Autocross. ROUSH 13" brakes,ROUSH 37mm front sway, ROUSH upper & lower arms, Vogtland coil springs w/ isolators removed, ROUSH CAI, 275/40/17's on 17x9 Bullitt rims on all corners, Hawk brake pads, Tokico D-spec struts n shocks, adjustable rear sway bar, Steeda f&r strut/shock tower brace, bumpsteer kit, J&M C/C plates, sub-frame connectors....
