1999 Mustang windshield wipers working without turning them on

I have a 1999 Mustang GT that I love but right now the windshield wipers going on by themselves is driving me crazy. I have replaced the motor for the wipers & that didn't work. Any ideas on what is causing the problem?

Pull the wiper relay and swap it with another relay in the relay/fuse box under the hood. Sounds like the relay is stuck in the closed position.
