swapping motors in a 2004 mustang gt

I have a 4.6 and I am looking at rebuilding or swapping it out and putting in a 351 Windsor.I also have a pro charger DS1 but looking at up grading to a F1.Any help would be appreciative.Thanks,John

I better throw this in too.I am looking at having my car run low 10's.It would seem that the push rod motor would be cheaper to build.I know it takes suspension work and rear end but I want to make sure I have enough under the hood.
