2003 Mustang GT automatic tranny and has been lowered, will longtubes work?

Ive lowered my car 1 3/4 inches with the h&r super sport lowering springs. I want to get a set of kooks longtube headers, but will they have enough clearance?

Can you post some pics of your lowered car? I want to do the same mod to my 01 GT. Also are you happy with the ride and handleing. From the previous post I have read,it seems you may be too low for the long tubes. Maybe others will let you know for sure if you will have issue or not. Good luck.

Some LTs are bettter than others for ground clearance...I hear Kooks, Mac, and hooker are fine. I hear that BBKs are not....

Yeah, my BBK's are pretty banged up from crappy roads and speed bumps. They are dented in right at the bend on the drivers side header. Saving up for some Mac LT's. Hopefully they will hug the car a little better.

I just finished my MAC l/t headers. They barely sit lower than the stock pipes.
