2000 Air Conditioner Clutch Help needed

Hello All.
Some may know me from the classic section.
I do know how to do some wrenching but I have a problem.

The problem is on our son's 2000 6 cyl Mustang.

The air conditioned clutch is screaming on start up.
A loud squeal for about a minute and then it is OK.

I just replaced the belt as it was the original.
I noticed that the front of the clutch has like a rusty stain.

I sprayed W-D-49 and it quieted it down for a few days.
I was afraid to continue this as I think it will mess up the
traction of the conditioner clutch.

The air works great but the noise is brutal when first starting.

Can I take apart the nose of the conditioner?

As an old timer, I have only had 3 cars with Air so I never worked on them.

I can follow directions pretty well.

So my questions are:
1. - Is there a simpe fix like dissasembly and clean
2. - Do I need to replace the clutch assembly
3. - Can I purchase just theconditioner clutch assembly?

Thanks from the "old guy"
