v6 vs v8 unibody

Hello,

I have a 99 v6 mustang and plan to swap everything from my 2002 GT(doner car).

I am worried that the unibody(beams/support etc.) might not be a rigid as the v8 GT.

Is this something I should worry about or is all the unibodies the same? From the v6 to the SVT.

Thanks,

Rob

Everything about the unibody itself is the same. Everything from your '02 will swap over no problem.

frame structure is the same. I would look at swapping the springs. I know on the older fox bodies, they had different springs for V-8 and 4 bangers. I don't know if these cars had different springs for V-6 to V-8. maybe someone can chime in and let us know.
