my car wont start! help!

Hey guys, so i recently replaced the engine in the mustang. everything ran fine for a few months then when winter hit it put the stang away till spring. i started every 2 weeks to circulate the fluids and what not. about a month ago though the engine stopped starting. it basically does nothing when i put the key in the ignition. the battery was totally drained and i charged it over night to 100%. all the electronics will turn on (radio, power windows, lights.) but the engine does nothing. I have a viper alarm system in the car (installed before my ownership) which i think may be effecting the car and my key fob will not work (which before this problem would disengage the alarm.) i gave the starter a few wacks to see if that was causing the problem and it didnt help. i have also checked to see if for any reason the engine is seized and it is not. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated id really like to avoid taking it to the shop if i can. Thanks guys!

Are you saying your alarm button your your key chain isn't working and you can't disarm the alarm system? if thats the case then that is your problem. put a new batter in that thing

Then I would say that is your problem...that alarm system kills your fuel system. There should be a bypass switch somewhere. Call a local car audio place and see if they can help you
