Questions about stall converters and exhausts

I have a 2002 Ford Mustang GT. The car has a Vortech supercharger on it and I have had forged pistons and rods installed. I am trying to get the best proformance out of the car I can and a stall converter and exhaust has been recommended.

My question are:

What brand of stall converter is the best?
What size stall converter should be issued 9.5", 10" or 11"?
What rpm stall converter should I be looking for?
What type of exhaust is going to give me the best bang for my buck?

Any suggestions would be great.......
