2000 Mustang Gt engine swap ideas

I am thinking about moving to a larger engine and wanted to get some ideas on what engines would be a good swap. The car is a daily driver but I want more power.

That hunk of junk? Yeah, well I've made a few special modifications to that silver 2000 GT, it makes the Kessel run in 12 parsecs, eats turbo japs and poops chevy's

NA: Rebuild with higher compression stroker kit, 5.4L
