I just had to show you this 99-04 Mustang 4.6L Factory H pipe searching for something totally irrelevant


1996 Red Mustang GT - Sold back in 2012 after too much time and money was wasted on it.

Maybe the OP could find a "friendly" smog? There are friendly people out there if you ask and look around. I had a friend one time a couple years ago so I do know that these people actually exist (sasquatch of the automotive world), but they just cost a little more than non-friends.

Just sayin'.... When your best option isn't available, sometimes you gotta look for the next best one.

You should be able to locate a reasonably priced catted midpipe to throw on the car for the inspection.
