depends if it is a custom dyno tune or a canned tune. For a canned tune all you need is the handheld and tune files, as well as your ECU code.
For a dyno tune you need a handheld tuner, like the one for a canned tune, and some dyno time, they also may have to take of the front bumper to place a fan if the engine is getting too hot.

Show: Smoked everything, cobra front bumper, gt rear bumper, rear decklid and lower valence blackout with black mustang letters, 5% rear front 15%, black 98 Cobra rims front, 95 Cobra R rear black with chrome lip, black scoops and spoiler and exhaust tips

there is nothing there that would drastically throw it off, if your worried id invest in a wideband A/F gauge kit, so you can measure it, if you dont like where it goes then get a dyno tune, or get the SCT from AM with bama tunes, and if you dont like the mix call em up so they can play with it.

You don't have to get your car "Tuned" to check air/fuel, most dyno shops will let you do a couple pulls to see HP and Torq with a wideband 02 reading included

what's involved? Drop car off at dyno shop, come pick it up when they are done...look at dyno sheets, when you see your hp numbers you'll be busting out your wallet and going "mod" crazy...
