Help identify this 4.6L block

Hello everyone! Its been a while since I last posted here but finally got another 2000 Mustang GT...already MODIFIED! will update sig soon.

The problem I was having is it started leaking water from the rear of the intake (common problem). Anyway, so I went ahead and yank out the intake manifold to replace it with another one. To my surprise, there are two sensors I've never seen in any other mustang (same generation) before. One the block and the other one on the head? My guess is this is not the original engine (I know its a Windsor engine due to the 13/14 valve cover bolts). This is where I need help identifying what I have. Any help much appreciated. Thanks.

The sensor in the valley is a knock sensor. The Mustang does not use it. Most ppl remove it instead of just cutting the wires.

Note, the knock sensor boss is on every block. The boss is empty if the application does not use a knock sensor,

The sensor on the head is a cylinder head temperature (CHT) sensor. Again, the SOHC GT Mustang does not use the CHT for these model years.

Thanks for the replies guys! I doubt it was from a crown vic because of the engine I have is a Windsor (13/14 bolt valve cover). I highly suspect is from a truck. Either way, car runs fine now. Thanks!!!
