2004 Mustang GT Air Conditioning Clutch

I recently replaced the low-pressure line due to a leak. However, the air-conditioning compressor fails to engage due to low pressure in the system. Any ideas on how to force the clutch to engage?

Welcome to the site!! There is a 2 wire plug on the evap.-unplug it and put in a jumper wire.

Thank you very much for the information. I'll give it a try. By the way is the purple wire the positive?

I am trying to recharge the system but I can't recharge it until I can get the clutch to engage. It won't engage because the pressure in the system is too low.
