2000 Mustang GT Fog lights not turning on

In my 2000 Ford Mustang GT, V8 - 4.6L, My fog lamps will not turn on.
I have checked the fuse and even replaced it, to see if it works. No help.

I'm starting the engine, turning on the headlights, leaving the high beams off, and flipping the fog light switch to "on." The indicator light on the switch does turn on, but the lights won't light.

Does anybody know what might be the issue?

Yes. The bulbs are brand spanking new.

Pretty sure there's a relay somewhere for them, so look into that. When I get a minute I'll look in my Haynes manual and see if it gives a diagram for that circuit.
