Question 2002 mustang gt need help after installing intercooler

Hi guys, I have searched and couldn't find my answer and this will be my first post. I have an 02 Mustang GT that I was running a vortech V1 supercharger with a 3.60 pulley and no intercooler. I just finished with a small build which consisted of a 3.33 supercharger pulley, a front mount intercooler, and blow off valve vented to atmosphere, a Diablo sport mafia for the draw through 90mm lightning MAF, egr delete, 75mm throttle body and plenum, plenum spacer, all new NGK T6 spark plugs gapped at .034, and long tube header with o/r xpipe. My issue is now that I have it all installed it won't start unless I give a shot of starting fluid and once I do that it fires right up and runs very nice and smooth but the next issue is that it stays idling at 1700 and won't drop. I have not had the car tuned after adding theses parts but that shouldn't cause it to not start should it?? Other questions, should I continue to run the bypass valve now that I have installed the intercooler and BOV or should I delete it? And Last but not least I originally had the IAT repositioned with the first set up to just be for the throttle body, now that I am running the Mafia on the MAF should I rout the IAT wires back to the MAF so the Mafia works correctly or does it not matter? Thank you for any advice or help you can give in advance, it is much appreciated!

Also where is your BOV located? It should be before your intercooler and I'm pretty sure you don't need the bypass valve anymore now that your venting to atmosphere. And most importantly anytime you change pulley size or use a different MAF or different injectors etc. you have to get a tune, you can blow your motor!! That's why your car running weird. Can't stress this enough GET A TUNE!!!!! Good luck

Thank you everyone so far. My BOV is located After the intercooler and before the throttle body, is this not correct?

It will be ok after the intercooler but the negative with that is your cooling unwanted air which makes the intercooler less efficient that's why people put it before the intercooler
