04 GT Fog Light Question

Recently my fog lights stopped working. They used to work fine. I changed both relays under the hood, one that said "fog lights" and the other one that said "cut off" but they still dont work. The rest of the lights work well like they should. High beams cut on/off, side marker lamps and regular headlights. The button light on the fog light button turns on telling me if it's on or off, but the lights obviously don't turn on. I can't find anything in the owners manual that tells me what else to check in this case.
