I believe the only difference between the 5.4L block and the 4.6L block is the deck height is taller on the 5.4L (in order to handle the longer crank stroke of the 5.4L). Everything from your 4.6L should fit onto the 5.4L block. Keep in mind, you will need an intake manifold adapter becuase of the dech height.

Is the 5.4L block just the bare block? Is it a short block (with the rotating assembly)? I'm not too sure how it would work if you were to put a 4.6L rotating assembly into a 5.4L block....if this is the case, just get a 4.6L block.

Can you give more details on what comes with the 5.4L block?

EDI: I believe your TR-3650 will bolt up just fine to the 5.4L block....

Also, the Navi has an 8 rib pulley setup, you will need to either go with the stock 6 rib or to the 8 rib.
You will also need headers, the stock manifolds just wont fit.
A custom tune will be a good idea to get the most out of the 5.4l

Ummmm.... Will a 2V PI intake bolt up to 4V heads??

The adaptor plates referenced above are for using a 4.6 2V intake on a 5.4 2V, which uses the exact same heads as a 4.6 - the plates just simply make up the difference created by the 5.4's taller deck height. Or am I missing something?

Socal, the OP originally stated that they are trying to sell him/her a 5.4L block (to me that means it did not include heads...which is why he is asking what would fit from his 2V)...the 2v PI intake will not bolt to 4V heads. I hope the OP comes back and answers my first question. We need more info on what is included on that 5.4L...

Some people are telling me to just do a 4.6 dohc swap which isnt bad i would like that build too just that i havent came across a 4.6 dohc. 5.4 would be pretty rare on my mustang tho well atleast where i live i havent seen a 5.4 swap

Keep in mind also that because it's a taller engine you will need an aftermarket cowl hood.

Personally I think it's a cool idea for a swap, but I think the main reason that a lot of people avoid it and opt for a 4.6 based engine instead is the additional weight (and probably not enough extra power to justify the additional weight).
