Have a brake issue! Please help!!

So I need help!!! I got new front brake calipers and rotors and they are fine but my rear brakes aren't locking up I hit the brake pedal but you can still spin the rear wheel, but when I pull up e-brake you can't spin the wheel. Has anyone ever had a problem like this?? Please help!

Have you checked the caliper slides? Can you get fluid out of the bleeders?

Yeah I bled them multiple times and they still won't lock up all the way... But now I got other brake lines with abs and all so I'm gonna redo everything to do with brakes on it!

I had a similar issue when I replaced my rear calipers. I would get fluid through but in my case my e-bake wouldn't even hold very well. My buddy who is a mechanic said to hit the pedal with a mallet. I did and it worked. Just a thought. Good luck
