01 GT Hesitation/sputter at 40mph+

Okay guys, forgive me if this has been covered, but I've got an 01 GT, 5 speed. Great car, only 68k on it, the motor supposedly has only 30k because the original blew up, so the guy I bought it from had an 02 motor swapped into it, which from what I understand are pretty close to the same. Anyhow, i had this issue once before. When I lay on the gas, above 40mph, the car starts to hesitate, sort of jerk and bog down. Only if I get the gas pedal more than halfway down. It was doing this to me about a month ago and I was lucky enough for it to throw a cylinder 3 misfire check engine light. so I switched all 8 ignition coils, all 8 plugs and that solved the issue. Shortly after, I changed the fuel filter, did a fuel injection cleaning, and cleaned the K&N filter. A couple days ago it started doing the same thing again. At first it was only above 90mph, then 80mph, then it dropped drastically to 40mph. When I pulled out the plugs the first Time I changed them, the parts that screws into the block were covered in oil. I haven't had a chance to pull them and check again, so I'm not sure if that could cause this issue. I also replaced the pcv to throttle body hose due to it collapsing at high speeds and kiing the motor, which had to be a ford part because it's a hard plastic line wrapped in a foam sleeve. Another thing is that I smell exhaust really bad when I lay on it. Normally i would only smell that if I punched the gas around 80+ mph. Now I'm getting it around 40-50 mph. Any help from you all would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance. And my apologies if this has been covered.

Did you replace the coils with oem? If not I'd bet some cheap coils would go out fast. Idk about the oil however.

I replaced them with accel brand coils, which from my research seem pretty solid. I was kind of worried because I've heard that if you don't replace ford coils with OEM, the lifespan is significantly shorter. I don't see one going out within a month unless something is causing it to go bad. I do have a small coolant leak from the hose that connects to the manifold to the heater core, but that's next to cylinder 4, and it was 3 that had the misfire.

Was there coolant in the plug hole when you took the coil off on #3? that could be your problem. Fix that coolant leak. Mine did the same thing except it was on #4.

Nah, no coolant in the plug hole. When I got to work today, I used out obd2 scanner an pulled a p0442 code, which said evap system leak (minor), even though the check engine light isn't on. Upon inspection I found a super brittle, collapsed line that goes from the firewall side of the throttle body, to this thing under the passenger front wheel well. I've replaced the hose but I did it at work so I haven't had a chance to drive it yet. I'll update as soon as I do. Fingers crossed!
