Chripping noise after fresh belt and pulleys on 2000 gt

I changed the belt the tensioner and both idler pulleys yesterday and since then I've been getting a quiet chirp sound. None of the other pulleys make a sound when I turn them but them self so I'm at a loss right now.

take the belt off and start the engine. If the chirp is no longer there than it's one of the pulleys or the belt itself. Does it do it all the time or only when the car is cold started?
