I would just add a sub in the trunk. Ive disconnected the front door subs in mine now. Adding them in would be a bit of a task. Or you could fiberglass something up too.

The doors dont shake/rattle too much on the shaker system. But they do vibrate quite a bit.

A 12" in the trunk will be louder than two 8" shaker door subs. And will sound nicer with the right equipment. I bet the prefab sub boxes that fit OEM style would sound pretty good too. Plus save trunk space
