Ask all around and find a reputable auto repair shop... Sound like the dealership is trying to rip you off! The spark plug screws into the head, not the block... I've personally never had to deal with this problem but a quick google popped up this article... you might be able to get it fixed without even removing the head... http://www.automedia.com/Spark/Plug/...cr20020401st/1
