You should probably have your expected flow numbers before ordering the cam.
So you're going to need to know whether or not you're going 3-angle, 5 angle, split-ported, or flow ported, etc.
Once you figure out a blllpark of where you should flow after the porting, it will be a lot easier to select the cam, valves, pushrods, etc.
