Any machine shop can do it, not necessarily correctly.

The heads are set up like a Cleveland engine, and there aren't many shops that know how to do those anymore. They can take too much material, and you'll have dead spots in the flow.

I'd go with them, unless there's a machine shop in your area that's done a lot of work with 3.8L cars.
