There's two ways of going about it.

The block is the same, so you could just convert. you can pick up all the parts in a package at www.rpm-mustangs.com or www.supersixmotorsports.com.

Or you could drop in the whole engine. If you drop in the engine you may have to change the bellhousing, but the only other thing you'll need is a programmer or just the 99+ computer.

It's a piece of cake.

The 5.0L swap will cost you a LOT more money, and I've beaten them with the minor mods I have. Of course the six doesn't have the torque of the 8, but too much torque is only good for roasting the tires.
