Power steering bracket removal

Is it possible to remove the power steering bracket with the pump still attached? I need to replace the low pressure return line that attaches to the rear of the pump. I’m trying to avoid having to remove the pully. I should be able to get to the clamps for the hose if I can unbolt the bracket .I can’t remember exactly, but when I replaced my front cover gasket I think I un- bolted the bracket and moved it out of the way with the pump still attached. That was well over 10 years ago so it’s a little foggy.
