What Hoses Need to be Hooked Up?

Hey guys, still diagnosing this motors idle issues. Most of the backfiring is gone, it still has a surging idle and refuses to stay idling (until it warms up) when started in the morning. I am chasing down hoses at this point. Can anyone tell me what hoses need to be hooked up to where? As you can see from the pictures, some are just looped or plugged off. The PVC valve is piped into the rear of the intake, the one hose on the front of the intake goes up to a sensor (maybe MAP). There is a hose from the throttle body to the oil filler. Any input is much appreciated! Thanks!!

what year? There are diagrams on the internet that show hose routing. Type the model, year and engine type in your web browser. Click on images at the top of the results.

Is this a MAF car? If so there should not be any vac to the map sensor.
