I don't recalling belittling anyone over the choice to build a 331.....

The only thing ever done was to dispel the 347 myths.....

I doubt very seriously that there is a kit still in existence as a new kit that still has the oil ring problem......

75mm throttle body
75mm egr spacer/plate
32 lbs injectors - What brand are those?
frame conectors - Full length I hope?
long tube headers (already have them) - What brand and size?

24 lb injectors will probably not be enough and SD doesn't play well with aftermarket cams unless you get one tailored for SD.

Which Trick Flow top end kit did you get? What "size" heads? For a 331, the standard 170cc "fast as cast" heads would flow "good enough", but I would suggest something a little larger to supply plenty of air for the extra CI.

MAF is MUCH more mod friendly than SD. So I would definitely put an MAF conversion kit into the build sheet. You will be thankful you did.

Also, if you can afford a good dyno tune or AT THE VERY LEAST a "mail order tune" then that engine could be an awesome asphault burner.

But it sounds like you've got it mostly taken care of. Are you building this yourself or having a shop put it together for you?
