Can't break 13.9 what am I doing wrong?

Hey guys,

I have been drag racing now for just about 2 years all things considered yes I'm still pretty new to this. I have a 1999 mustang gt with a 5 speed, ford racing 4.10 gears, jlt cai, weld in flowmasters, nitto 555 street tires and a 93 octane sct tune I have had plenty of perfect days where it was 50% or less humidity and 70 or cooler but still the best I have managed was a [email protected] with usually a 2.1 60'. I usually launch at 2000rpms and rarely spin the tires.

What am I missing? I feel with my mods I should be atleast in the mid to upper 13's even with my street tires. There are some days that I can't even crack 13's.
I race at summit motorsports park in Norwalk ohio where the track elevation is 850'.

Anybody have any suggestions? Am I not launching hard enough?

Thanks for the help!!
