Just a simple boss style composite intake that accepts the 5.0 throttle body would be effective enough. No need to go all exotic with multiple throttle bodies. That just causes an increase in throttle response and would be a total nightmare to tune out through the factory computer. I was just watching a nelson racing engines video on youtube where he is talking about the 447ci motor he built for an older mustang. He designed in an 8 throttle body intake that is fuel injected. However, the key is that it is not a mass air flow system. According to him the main reason for the multiple throttle bodies is the amount of air that can be sucked into the intake all at one time at low rpm. This increases throttle response.
