It's very unlikely you'll see 13.3 with just a CAI and tune. OK, with some sticky slicks (oxymoron) you will be able to do it, just not on stock Pirellis
0-60 MPH times are difficult to accurately
measure without a G-timer. Drag strips do supply this info because they only use speed traps, not radar or anything like that. BUT, 4.9 sounds about right to me, a bit better with drag tires.
