OP,

I wouldn't launch the car any higher than idle. With those factory Pirelli tires, traction is going to be an issue. So, just foot brake the car slightly to make up for any drivetrain slack, then roll into the throttle at the light. Even with good track prep, I'm confident you'll have hard time hooking up. Remember even a soft start will get you a faster ET than completely blowing off the tires.
