Thank you, I contacted Ford customer service this morning & they wrote a claim to Ford legal & now I have to wait for them to contact me, which they said would be about 15 business days. I asked the rep if there was any way I could speed the process up, but he said there was nothing I could do but wait. I really can't be without a car for that long, I have work, school, and daily errands to run. Is there any way you could help me, to get this resolved ASAP?
