This is very important. Pay close attention to which struts you purchase. '11+ models require specific upper strut mounts. '05-10 models allow more options as far as strut mounts with the cheapest being GT500 mounts. The stock '11+ mounts are very fragile and can come apart in your hands when disassembling the strut. Make sure to have new ones before work begins. I would recommend the GT500 mounts with '05-10 struts if on a budget, or Steeda HD mounts for either the '05-10 or '11+ if you have more cash to spend.
