Two Points:

1. You NEED spring compressors for this job

2. For street use, aftermarket suspension parts are totally overrated. If you want to remove bounce, get some take off GT shocks or just order some Brembo GT shocks from Ford. Ideally the take-offs would come with some take-off GT springs.
