For future reference... You could just switch out the fuse yourself. The fuse box is on the passenger side in the leg area to the right. I believe the fuse for the left headlight is #7 and it's 10amps if I remember correctly. If you look at the owners manual, it tells you what fuse goes to what. I just had the same issue with my passenger side and I found out the fuse went out so I just replaced it. Works now!
